What the game looked like, from the people who made it

Trailers, official wallpapers and NTL's own design sheets — recovered from a 2019 preservation archive after every official site went dark.

The trailers

Both were animated for the Korean launch in 2010.

Age 1000

2:32 · 720p · 2010 — The animated trailer that introduced the setting: two centuries after Goku, the Earth of Age 1000, and the crack in time that starts the whole story.

The Base of Tenkaichi

3:58 · 720p · 2010 — The second trailer, built around the Tenkaichi Budokai — the tournament the game organises its whole endgame around.

Wallpapers

11 official wallpapers, drawn in Toriyama's own style for the Taiwanese release. Click one for the full-size image.

Design sheets

29 pieces of NTL's internal concept art — dungeon layouts with the boss route marked, building elevations, gate designs with a human figure left in for scale. These were working documents, not marketing: the annotations are still in Korean and the pencil is still showing.

Where all this came from

A community preservation archive assembled in 2019, before the last of the official sites stopped resolving. The same archive is behind the news archive — nearly 3,000 posts from the four official sites — and the class portraits on the classes page.

Dragon Ball Online, its artwork and its characters are the property of their respective owners. This is a non-commercial fan project with no affiliation to them, hosting this material so that it does not disappear entirely.
